Your Responsibilities as an Infant Teacher

As an infant teacher at Global Learning Preschool, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Designing and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of infants.
  2. Developing and Implementing Curriculum: Planning and executing developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate infants' cognitive, language, and motor skills.
  3. Observing and Assessing: Accurately observing and documenting each child's progress to inform decisions on individualized instruction and curriculum adaptation.
  4. Building Relationships: Establishing positive partnerships with parents/guardians by maintaining open communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for the position of Infant Teacher at Global Learning Preschool, the following qualifications and requirements are necessary:

  • Education: A minimum of an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting.
